Despite the lack of pictures and keeping up with the blog stuff I have been fishing. A lot of quick solo trips and mostly chasing bass. The whites have started busting bait early and late. They've been hanging out on the humps and pinch points and lighting up the shad as they move through. Some days the boils have been lasting a lot longer then others and I think they're starting to move to up to the mud flats where we get on them late summer. The large mouth are biting well early and late, if you can find cooler shaded water you can still stay on them a little later into the morning. I haven't got a chance to hit any of the hybrid spots but it's that time of year when they start busting the surface as well. We went out to chase some carp the first day of the tournament and got skunked the spot we went to was running really high and looked like chocolate milk. Get out and fish if you can it always seems like fall gets here before you know it and you've ran out of time.
